RAE designed and wrote the RFP and specifications for the replacement of the existing substation powering the Gore Mt Ski Center. The existing substation had reached the end of it's life and new loads were to be added to the facility. The project required replacing the existing substation transformer, adding two more transformers to upgrade the pumphouse service, installing a new six way switchgear, reconfiguring the overhead bus within the station and providing relay settings for the existing main breaker and the new switchgear feeders.
